The only item on the agenda when TESLA CEO ELON MUSK comes to meet prime Minister NARENDRA MODIwill not be the car maker entry into India. Hello has thrown his hat in the  ring for the satellite 🛰️ communication,or satcom  a FUTURESTIC TECHNOLOGY  that promises trevolution india telecom sector.Musk's  within satcom company STARLINK ,will complete with MUKESH AMBANI and SUNIL BHATIA MITTALwhose respective companies , Reliance jio jb with Luxemburg -based SES ; and Bhartia jointly with one web-eutelsat ,are also in the race for satcom spectrum. Another giant, Amazon,is also in the reckoning.                                                     The satcom sector is witnessing intense the start service riverlye even before start of service.Airtel and jio  stand sharply divided on viruses issues related to satcom and have battle each other over complexity that surrounds satcom                                     But the problem of MUSK 's Starlink is different.It has yet to receive it's GMPCS (GLOBAL MOBILE PERSONAL COMMUNICATION BY SATELITE SERVICE) Licence from government of India
