The Delhi High court on Friday pulled up the city government over the issue of non-Supply of books to the children studying in MCD School,saying the continuation of Arvind kejriwal as the chief minister of Delhi even is arrested after is the political national intrest ok

The AAP hit back saying the work of the civic body was stopped due to the non formation of its Standing Committee.The matter Concern the non formation of standing Committee, the highest making decisions making body of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi(MCD(,was pending before the Supreme Court, the AAP said in a statement.
The Court started that till now has politely emphasis that nation intrest is Supreme but the present case has highlighted what was "wrong" and it would pass an order in matter on Monday.
"I am stto say you have placed your intrest above the intrest of the students, the children that are going to give that finding that you have placed your political intrest at a higher pedestal."

The court told the Delhi government lawyer that his client is "just intrested in appropriate of power".
It said the Delhi government does not feel for the common man.
"Desks and chairs are broke would any of the corporate like their children to study in that matter ? Ina places will the mayore like her children to study in a place where tables are broken?" Asked the Court.
